Ayame Takatsuki Character

Ayame Takatsuki is the protagonist who already has a social life, which in this cast is almost suspicious. She is 16, enrolled at The Amachi Institute of Art & Design, and lives in her school’s dorms. Official Comment: sociable, amiable, rather natural about it; she is a bother, essentially; too clever, too careful; an awarded painter, and rather surrounded by friends.

Official voice

It was a great exhibit. You’d like the clothes! Come with us next time. And… my wonderful piece is there too! I told you: the painted sky really can look like Heaven.

Voice actor: Kanon Amane (天希かのん).

The quote is doing three jobs at once. It places her in Amachi’s art world. It invites “you” into a group outing. It talks about a painted sky that can look like Heaven — which, in a setting with a Shroud over the real sky, is not small talk.

Trailer function: the lie detector with friends

Gameplay trailer English lines give Ayame the warning: remember, if you tell me a lie, I am going to know. Combined with Binds that already display deceit, Ayame is the human version of a system the collars already run. She is not the Mute. She is not friendless. She is the person who will smile, invite you to an exhibit, and still catch the falsehood.

That makes her a sharp third route after Nia and Mei. Those two share Akie High School and isolation. Ayame lives in a different institution in Amachi, the city the official site calls a cultural nexus. If you want the story to leave the lonely apartment and enter a crowd, pick her.

How she differs from Iris and Story

Iris Leal solves problems by swinging first. Ayame solves them by already knowing. Story Étienne opted out of the Bind’s broadcast. Ayame lives inside it so fluently that the Comment calls her too careful. Play Iris if you want bruises. Play Story if you want redacted files. Play Ayame if you want someone who will not let you hide in small talk.

Playing Ayame in the demo

The five-icon bar includes her even if your current scene is a Nia classroom. Selecting Ayame is how you ask for her perspective, not how you add a painter class to a party. This is a single-player game.

  1. Listen to the exhibit invitation without skipping. The sky line matters more than a skill tree.
  2. Keep Encounters on MIN the first time. Her route is not a lower chart rating.
  3. When she calls out a lie in a scene, do not alt-tab for a wiki ending. Note it, play the song, continue.
  4. If you came from the card lab, remember cards depict people you meet. Ayame’s social circle is how that art fills. See encounters.

Amachi as her map

Official world copy describes Amachi as nestled in forests beside the River of Heaven, a place where two nations met, light atmosphere, restaurants, riverside quiet. Ayame’s school being the Institute of Art & Design is how the game plants a protagonist in that cultural center instead of in Akie’s ordinary high school. You do not need the full Aulveld history dump to use that. You need to notice she is not in Nia’s hallway.

Who should start with Ayame

Players who bounce off isolated sad-girl copy. Players who like social antagonists who are still on your side. Players who heard the trailer line about lies and wanted the speaker as a route. Players who intend to read the Scenario guide and want a protagonist already fluent in the Bind’s language.

For the rest of the cast, return to the character hub. For launch timing, stay on release date. Ayame’s full exhibit, and whatever the painted Heaven actually is, wait for September 9.
